More work from Google

The three businesses at the top get the calls.

They are rarely better at the job than you. They just have more reviews, and a website that does not lose the customer once they get there. Those are the two things I fix.

The free check takes about a minute and shows you exactly where you sit against the businesses near you. No card, nothing to cancel.

Best rating on the list, closest to the customer, still not in the top three. This is the most common shape I see.

What I do

Two things. Both of them make the phone ring.

One gets you found. The other stops you losing the customer once you are. Doing either on its own is why most local marketing quietly wastes money.

  1. 01

    Get the reviews

Every customer you finish a job for gets a text and an email asking for a Google review, with a link that takes one tap. It runs on its own, week after week, and it is the single biggest reason the businesses above you are above you.

See why it decides who gets called
  2. 02

    Fix the website

Fast on a phone, on bad signal, in a driveway. What you do, where you do it, your reviews, and a number they can tap — before anything else. No slideshow, no “our story”, nothing that costs you the call.

    What I build

That is the whole list. I do not sell ads, social media posting, or a dashboard for you to log into. If you want those, someone else will do them better.

Nobody wakes up wanting marketing. They want the phone to ring with the right job on the other end.

Find out where you actually stand — free

Before you spend a penny, see the numbers. The check reads your website and your Google listing, compares you to the businesses showing up near you, and tells you what is holding you back.

  • How many reviews you have against them — usually the moment it clicks.
  • What is missing from your Google listing — and I will fill it in for you, free.
  • Whether your website is the problem — sometimes it is, sometimes it honestly is not.
  • A straight answer on what to do first — including “nothing yet”, if that is the truth.

You sign in with the Google account that manages your listing, so the check reads the real thing rather than guessing. About a minute.

How we start

You see me do the work before you pay for any of it

  1. 01

    Run the free check

A minute of your time. You will see your score, how your review count compares to the businesses beating you, and everything missing from your listing.

  2. 02

    I fix the listing, free

Whatever the check found, I write it to your Google listing — properly, with your approval on each change. That part costs nothing and always will. It is also the quickest way for you to judge whether I know what I am doing.

  3. 03

    Then we talk about reviews

Only if you want to. Fifteen minutes, a real number, and an honest answer about whether it will pay for itself in your trade and your town.

Before you get in touch

Questions people actually ask

Is the free check really free, or is it a sales call in disguise?

It is a tool you run yourself. You see the results yourself, and if you want the fixes written to your Google listing it does that too — free. I ask for your name and number once, partway down the results, because I would like to be able to follow up. That is the whole trade, and nothing is held back afterwards.

Why fix my listing for nothing?

Because a listing I have visibly fixed says more about me than anything I could write here, and because it takes me very little time. Some of the people I do it for go on to hire me for the reviews. Most do not, and that is genuinely fine.

How many reviews will I get?

It depends how many jobs you finish. As a rough guide, a decent share of customers who are asked properly will leave one, and almost none leave one if nobody asks. What I can promise is that every single customer gets asked, which is not true today.

Do you write fake reviews?

No, and I would not work with anyone who asked. It is against Google's rules, they are good at spotting it, and getting caught can cost you the whole listing. Every review we generate comes from a real customer you actually did work for.

Do you lock people into contracts?

No. Month to month. If it stops being worth it you stop, and you keep the website and the listing — they were always yours.
