The job ends, everyone moves on
You meant to ask. Then the next call came in. By the evening the moment's gone.
Google review automation
We text and email them after the job and ask. Set it up once and it runs on its own.
Follows Google's review policies. No fake reviews, ever.
Hi Dave โ thanks for having us out today. If you've got 20 seconds, a quick Google review really helps us out:

The gap
You meant to ask. Then the next call came in. By the evening the moment's gone.
Most people say yes to your face and forget by the time they're in the car.
That's usually the only reason they have four times your reviews. Not better work.
Count and rating feed how prominent Google thinks you are, and they're the first thing a customer compares.
Turned up when they said they would and had it sorted the same afternoon. Tidied up after themselves too.
The sequence
A spreadsheet or straight from your CRM. Past customers count โ they can be asked too.
A short message in your name with a direct link to your Google profile. One tap to leave the review. No app, no login, no hunting for your listing.
Most people mean to and forget. A polite nudge a few days later, then we stop. Nobody gets pestered.
The package
Quick favour โ 20 seconds?
Hi Dave, thanks again for having us out. If the work was up to scratch, a short Google review is the single most useful thing you could do for us.
Leave a Google reviewโ Your business
Before you ask
No honest answer to that exists, and anyone giving you a number is guessing. It depends on how many customers you have and how they felt about the work. What we control is that every one of them actually gets asked, twice, in a way that takes one tap.
Yes. Asking your customers for reviews is fine and Google encourages it. What isn't allowed is buying reviews, offering a discount or gift in exchange, or only asking the customers you think are happy. We don't do any of that โ everyone gets the same message.
It happens, and a wall of perfect fives looks fake anyway. Reply the same day, keep it factual, and it reads fine to the next person. We'll help you write those.
Your customer list with a phone number or email, and your Google Business Profile so we can grab the review link. Setup is a short call.
Send new customers as you finish jobs โ most people forward them from their CRM automatically. Otherwise it runs by itself.
